MAIN BUILDING

The Main Building serves as the hotel's central hub, where guests arrive to check in, unwind with a quiet drink by the fire, or enjoy a private wine tasting. It also houses the signature fine dining restaurant and a versatile event space for conferences and weddings, seamlessly extending onto a private deck with a fire pit. Perched along the ridgeline, the building offers breathtaking 360-degree views, with its rear deck overlooking the sweeping landscapes of the Hunter Valley.

Located in the Main Building, the restaurant offers semi-formal dining with sweeping views of the Brokenback Mountains through expansive glass windows. Seating up to 90 guests, this dynamic culinary space features rotating celebrity chefs, each bringing their unique flair for up to nine months at a time. Collaborations with renowned chefs ensure the menu evolves continuously, creating fresh, in-demand dining experiences. Acclaimed chef Justin North has been engaged to develop the restaurant concept, curate its menus, and oversee food and beverage direction, ensuring an exceptional culinary journey for every guest.

COCKTAIL BAR POOL

The pool area is thoughtfully designed to offer a serene daytime retreat, with its sophisticated structure and furnishings effortlessly transitioning into an elegant cocktail bar as the evening unfolds, exuding a refined, modern ambiance.

POOL BY NIGHT

Enjoy a night of cocktails and curated beats by a live DJ. Guests can unwind on elegant lounge benches, chic daybeds, or gather at the poolside tables while the space comes alive with ambient lighting and a beautifully illuminated pool. As the sun sets, the Cocktail Bar serves a refined selection of light dishes.

EVENT AREA

The Main Building houses our adaptable event area, which can host up to 150 seated guests. The room’s flexibility is its standout feature, as each event has its own unique requirements. The event area will include a state-of-the-art lighting system that instantly transforms the atmosphere of the space - catering to an array of events.

THERMAL SPA

Our vision is to craft a European-inspired Wellbeing and Thermal Spa, offering an exclusive range of unique treatments. Guests will also have access to a variety of meticulously designed rooms, each created to foster relaxation and rejuvenation. This luxurious sanctuary will provide a blend of bespoke treatments and serene spaces, allowing guests to unwind, recharge, and immerse themselves in complete tranquillity.

ART & CULTURE

The hotel's design will be shaped by a carefully curated collection of modernist paintings and sculptures, seamlessly blending art and luxury. A showcase of both renowned and local artists, the hotel will feature striking sculptures that define its character and reinforce its artistic narrative. Discussions are underway with internationally acclaimed artists Gillie and Marc - whose works are displayed in 251 cities worldwide - to bring their distinctive creations into the hotel, elevating the guest experience with a refined cultural touch.
