EXISTING BEN EAN ESTATE

Ben Ean, located in Pokolbin, Australia’s oldest wine region, is a thriving destination featuring a vineyard, winery, restaurant, function spaces, and retail outlets. The estate’s commercial properties are fully leased to third-party tenants, including businesses operated by esteemed winemakers Brian McGuigan and Colin Peterson.

Future Commercial Development

To the north of the existing commercial site, a prime parcel of level land is designated for future commercial development. Plans include boutique stores showcasing local and Aboriginal crafts, fine foods, and an international coffee house, all set within a thoughtfully designed garden landscape. A Masterplan will be developed in early 2025, with a development application to follow, aiming for completion in alignment with HVL Hotels.
